This child is going to be the death of me. Many things I don't really care about, but some things I am very obsessive about. For some reason having the Gremlin's clothing organized is one of the things I obsess over. Apparently, so does she. Unfortunately, we have different organizational ideas.
We spent 5 minutes this morning moving all our pants from two drawers into one, then moving all our long sleeved onesies into the old pants drawer. Then we proceeded to take EVERYTHING out of those drawers and move them into a pile in mom and dad's room. This was not an easy task. There were lots of obstacles in the way, including the Monster, who was lying in the middle of the hallway and refused to move, and our smoothie cup, which got knocked over many times (followed by an "uh oh" and then having to show me the knocked over the cup and me watching her put it upright again). Not too mention, she has a lot of clothes. So there were multiple trips to be made.
I hope she is as strong-willed and determined when it comes to the things that really matter in life!

Hilarious! We have a lot of reorganization at our house too, except its MY drawers that are the focus. I guess it's a nice surprise to find a book, brush, or even a tampon in my PJ drawer :)
ReplyDeleteWe end up with a lot of cat toys in my drawers and Mark's clothes in the laundry hamper (I wonder if she is trying to tell him something?).
