The countdown is on. This has been my last week home with 2.0. I just have a few more days with him before he stays with the Gremlin at the nanny's every weekday. The girls are thrilled and ask me every day when he will be staying with them. The Gremlin is also thrilled since she thinks he is the next best thing since sliced bread.
I have truly enjoyed my time off with him. He is a sweet baby and always brings a smile to my face.
He isn't prepared to go to the nanny like his sister was. His schedule isn't rock solid. I haven't been working on getting him to fall asleep on his own. I haven't figured out exactly how much he will drink at eat feeding. I'm not even sure if he will need 2 or 3 bottles.
But he does take a bottle. And he doesn't cry all day long. And, most of all, he knows he is loved.
I guess the big question is, am I prepared for him to go to the nanny all day? I guess we'll see.
Here are some photos from our visit from Aunt Abby last weekend, us at the farmer's market, the Gremlin finally wearing her Keropi watch from GaSue, and 2.0 sitting in a chair and showing off his smile.
